He lives in a different world than hers, and she accepts, that there are places and in betweens she cannot make a home out of. Yet he tries to include her, tries to embrace her, so she doesn't rely on running away like she always does.
He means well but he wants to cage her heart in his and swallow the key, so he'll never have to worry.
"My heart has wings," is all she said, and he wonders why they are so different.
Sometimes she wants to break free but she accepts, because in the end she can't live alone. And with every smile and laughter that escapes from her lips, and for every dream dreamt, her heart breaks a little inside.
